This Letter Bill is in Good+ Condition -- some small imperfections and showing some handling wear. Toning and soiling. Some bumps in the handling that's resulted in corner/edge wear & rounding and some bends/creases. Also -- there's damage (tears & small missing pieces) on the top left corner/edge -- and -- there's a stab filing hole middle top area. Also -- there's a total of three (3) side-to-side folds on the letter bill -- the middle or main fold is in 1/2.

Please Note: "The Middle or Main Fold" -- this Letter Bill has been "FOLDED" in 1/2 -- side-to-side horizontally -- with tears starting on that fold -- the paper is getting a bit brittle -- Please Handle with Care !!
