This is a Vintage Unbranded Bone Handle Mini Fixed Blade Knife.  This knife shows no wear, and the blade appears to have a lot of pitting, but I think that is intentional and has always been there and is to make it look aged (see photos).   

Features:

1.  2" Blade - carbon steel or could be stainless steel with the pitting and darkened area put there for age looks.  Finger guard is steel and a shiny chrome pommel.

2.  4-1/2" Overall length.

3.  Blade is a straight back (see photos).

4.  The blade has no brand name stamped on it.

5.  The handle looks like real bone, could be simulated.  The handle shows no wear (see photos).

6.  The blade tang is encapsulated, can't tell how far it extends (see photos).

7.  There is no sheath supplied, no box.

(Note: This knife has been wiped down with a soft, clean, dry cloth, but has not been cleaned or any patina removed, we leave cleaning to the purchaser.  The blade has not been used and has not been sharpened, the pitting may be for decoration.  The overall knife has been handled and moved around some but not used much, and we note any defects that we are aware of, but we do not assign a condition level to the knife.   You must see all of the photos which are considered a part of this description (use eBay's zoom feature), and make your own decision regarding blade, and handle conditions; ask questions for anything you see or don't see before you decide to purchase because once the knife has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded even for the condition of the blade).
