**PROBLEM PLEASE READ

Will not play a tape or start a recording. Something is wrong with the cassette tape interface. If you press record or engage with a tape to play, rw or ff you are immediately alerted that the tape needs to be ejected. It chimes. I’m not sure exactly what is wrong. Just know the camera is not working to play or record a mini dv tape.

It can be converted to digital.

Everything else seems to work great. By everything I mean that I pushed the buttons and things appeared to work. The zoom works great.

The camera is extremely clean. It belonged to a church. They used this camera for years and it had been put out of the way for some time. It has been taken care of and properly stored. Very minor, Minor scratches or scuffs.

DOES NOT INCLUDE A CHARGING CABLE - has been tested with one. Does charge the battery and provide power. Camera responds as expected.

Battery was bought to test camera. It’s the cheapest battery on eBay. FYI.

Mini DV tape came with the camera. Not able to test. FYI Camera was also tested with a new tape
