Overall good condition. Very slight wicker fray on bottom left corner that can easily be glued in a couple minutes. A couple minor wicker breaks on the side which is typical. Nothing major that detracts. One tiny 1/4" hairline scratch in mirror that you probably would not notice if I didn't show you. See last 3 photos.
