Very good condition.
Bought and played once so that I have a digital copy on my computer to play over and over again. I can play in my car, on my phone, etc..
Case may have some storage marks when they have been stored in my CD library, but CDs themselves should be mainly scratch free, but may have some finger marks. Sorry!
