For sale are two antique Mahjong tiles; the 9 and 7 of circles. These tiles are made of bone and bamboo joined together with a dovetail. The 9 has a small piece of wood missing (see photos). They are 1 1/4 inches long and 7/8 inch wide. The symbols have been carved into the bone and then painted, not just painted on. The wear on them is consistent with use and age.
