A small Victorian silver mounted cheroot / cigar cutter with a vacant cartouche and a suspension ring, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1896 with a rubbed maker's mark. No additional engravings.

In good, usable condition with no repairs and only carrying 1 dent to the reverse consistent with use. Please study photos for better indication of condition.
