This is a vintage Noddy alarm clock dating from 1977 and made by Smiths under their Timecal label. It's copyrighted to the Noddy Company and dated at the bottom of the dial. It features Noddy seated on the grass, with Big Ears and Bumpy Dog who seem to have woken him up. Big Ears is leaning on the small central dial which is the alarm setting part of the clock. Noddy's head moves from side to side as the clock ticks. The casing is all metal with a chrome tin. Overall this is all in good condition commensurate with age.

Although the mechanism appears to be a little loose this doesn't affect its good working order.

The plastic glass cover is a bit scratched...please see photos in order to ascertain condition.
