You are bidding on Vol 1 Issue 1 September 1965 Top Teen Magazine with Beatles on Cover

There is not a Beatle story in the magazine, they are just in the cover photo with Mad Mel - I assume to help sell copies of the 1st issue. 

This appears to be an obscure Canadian Vancouver based magazine that probably didn't last long.
