Star Wars Legendary YODA Jedi Master 16" Interactive Talking Figure *Issues Read

I couldn't get the light saber to light. No Cane. Seems to work ok otherwise.  Has a hole in his left foot.  Small crack in corner of mouth.  Batteries not included. No instructions. Please see pictures for details.
