Description
Rare Vintage The Dorchester Restaurant & Lounge, Broadview Heights, Ohio / Pete's Wayside Inn, Parma, Ohio Advertising Tip Tray, Bowl, Dish or Plate with curved-up edge measures approximately 6-3/4" in diameter. The heavy tip tray is constructed of bone white china pottery with divided design in the bowl in orange and black. One half of the design is an advertisement for the old Dorchester Restaurant complete with images of decor elements. Similarly, the other half of the design is an advertisement for the beloved Pete's Wayside Inn Restaurant complete with image of the Inn's outdoor sign. The rim is decorated with a gold band all around.

The Rare Vintage Dorchester Restaurant / Pete's Wayside Inn Tip Tray, Bowl, Dish or Plate is in Very Good to Excellent Condition for its Considerable Age. Noted for accuracy only is a tiny manufacturer's paint flaw in the upper left portion of the orange design, and small bit of wear to the gold band finish. Please see accompanying photographs.
