Here we have an early automatic push button lighter from the 1910s with a sterling silver case marked "Hall Marked Silver" and monogrammed "JVL".
It measures 2 7/8 in. high by 1 3/8 in. wide. It has the usual dings and dents but is complete and original. Of course it could benefit from a fresh flint and a cleaning.
