This is either figure sw0194 (Lego set 7675-1, 7675: "AT-TE Walker" from 2008) or figure sw0314 (Lego set 7869-1, 7869: "Battle for Geonosis" from 2011)

Authentic minifigure, original owner. My son hardly played with it - he built the set (I can't remember which set he had) and then this minifig has been sitting in a bag since then. Smoke-free and cat-friendly home.

I do not see any marks or damage on the minifigure. Perhaps the yellow marks on the helmet are a bit faded, but that's all I can see.
