Basic description
A lovely honest example of this now rare RAF issued military watch - the Pulsar Generation 1 Chronograph. These watches were issued to pilots and aircrew, and this example was issued in 2006. These are robust and attractive watches that make great everyday wearing watches, as well as being of interest to those collecting military issued equipment and timepieces.

This example is in great working condition with a new crystal and gaskets recently fitted by a military watch expert watchmaker. It has a new battery, but is in otherwise original condition.

Movement and Timekeeping
Excellent Seiko/Pulsar V657 quartz movement keeps excellent time. Subsidiary chronograph dials are working, and new gaskets fitted to the pushers mean that using the chronograph is accurate and easy. It keeps excellent time as you would expect.

Case and Crystal
Crystal is brand new and still has its protective film over it - which is why it looks a bit odd in the photos. It is pristine.

Case size are 39mm width and 11mm thickness and 20mm lugs. Lug to lug is 47.5mm very wearable size for most men. The case is in good condition for an issued watch that has seen service, but does have marks commensurate with normal use - please see photos for more detail. Lume on hands and hour markers still bright in dark.

screw down case back has broad arrow as property of MoD timepiece and military issued identification individual numbers and year, marked as

6645-99

9954268

01575/06

Dial and Hands
In excellent shape as can be seen in the photos. Three subsidiary chronograph dials work as they should, and hands are original and still glow brightly. Date changes as it should, and all functions work properly.

Strap
Will be supplied with a grey CWC NATO strap.
