Riedell Z-95 Sunlite ll USA Roller Skates hyper ride wheels.

These are in ok condition for age. Wheels spin, no holes or tears in shoe. Some rust on metal parts.  The pull on fabric straps are in sturdy condition. I don't see a size anywhere on the skates. Outside measurement of length of shoe is approx 9.75" .  I wear a womens 10 and I can't get my foot in an all. so Maybe like a women's 6 or 7?? The Riedell plate is marked 4.

Wheels are Roller Type 65 78 ?
