Handmade Vintage 10k Multi-Tone Gold 0.77ct Lab-Created Ruby and Diamond Open Heart Charm Pendant, 1.5 grams
This lovely open heart pendant features a 0.75ct heart-shaped lab-created ruby gemstone and 5-natural not-enhanced bright white round-cut diamonds.
Lab-created rubies have the same mineral composition and crystal structure as a natural ruby, they were just created in a lab so it doesn't take millions of years to form.
White rhodium was placed on the diamond look design, creating a nice 2-tone effect.
The mounting was hand-cast and hand-polished to a very bright finish.
The pendant has a large bail that can accommodate many different size chains.
The chain in the pictures does not come with the pendant.
There are also matching ruby and diamond open heart stud earrings, if you are interested.
