This is a copy of Cream's classic "Disraeli Gears" album in a deluxe edition 2CD set  in a triple gatefold digipack sleeve with booklet.

Never played, good as new, just the outer plastic sleeve had suffered a little discolouration with time, discs, sleeve and booklet are all MINT, overall in NMINT condition, now deleted and rare.
