Measuring:
1.If you have a measuring tape, measure your wrist by tightly wrapping the tape around where you typically wear your watch.
2.Grab a piece of paper, a pen, and a ruler, and cut out a narrow strip (about 1/2” wide) using the length of the paper.
3.Wrap the strip tightly around your wrist where you typically wear your watch. You can use tape to hold it in place. Make sure the strip feels snug and doesn’t slide up or down. Then use a pen to mark where the strip first overlaps.
4.Place the strip next to the ruler and measure the distance between the end and the part you marked. Be exact when measuring; do not round up.
