I believe this piece is either from WWI or WWII. A few minutes of online research showed "J.L. Lamkin" or "James L. Lamkin" served in WWI (father) and WWII (son). I also found a 1944 article that showed the junior J.L. Lamkin in Pre Flight school at Maxwell Field in 1944. "Minnie" was the wife of the Senior Lamkin, and mother of the Junior. Either way, it's a very well made, and beautiful Air Service/Air Corps bracelet suitable for the finest of aviation collections.
