ARK H-1 Plain - knife ARK (Always Ready Knife).  - knife specially designed for personal defense (Personal Defense Knife) by American War veteran John Shirley This lightweight and extremely flat knife with full-tang construction was made of completely resistant to moisture and rust of innovative steel H-1.

When Shirley was on a mission in Afghanistan, he learned a lot about the huge number of American personnel who became victim to sexual assault, mainly during bathing. He used his knowledge of martial arts and designed an extremely effective type of knife - Neck Knife - designed for self-defense. Compact dimensions, low weight and a flat sheath adapted to hanging on the neck allow you to always have it with you!

Blade - 2 mm thick with a deeply curved Clip Point profile. The curved cutting edge has an impressive cutting effect despite the compact blade size. Made of steel produced in Japanese steel foundry Myodo Foundry. This steel is high-chromium, low-carbon H-1 stainless steel with a hardness 57-58 HRC, containing 0.15% carbon and 0.1% nitrogen. Smooth blade (Plain type) is made with a low concave cut (Hollow Grind).

Handle - covered with non-slip Bi-Directional Texturing, reinforcing grip even with moist hands. Made of plastic FRN (Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon). On the back of the handle was placed an enlarged gap (lanyard hole) to pull the leash or safety rope.

Sheath  - made of Kydex material protects the knife from falling out. Includes a ball chain for hanging the sheath with a knife on the neck.
