In 2015 to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Brilliant Uncirculated Battle of Britain 50p Fifty Pence Coin Pack.
The reverse designed by Gary Breeze depicts airmen scrambling to their planes while the obverse features the Fourth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
The coin has been struck with no 50p denomination in either numbers or writing on the reverse or obverse of the coin.
