Contains one page on a bifolium, measures 14 by 10.5 inches, contains the fully-intact white paper seal, created in Washington, DC on March 2, 1915, and in near pristine condition with only light staining.  Kehl (1870-1936) served as a U.S. ambassador to Germany, Cuba, Turkey, Canada, and Lithuania from 1897 until his retirement in 1932.
