Note: tested and VHS does not work, everything else does. When VHS is inserted, it sound like it's trying to engage but doesn't actually play.  No further diagnosis done, no attempt to repair.

The DVD portion and everything else works perfectly. The unit looks to be unused, no signs of wear and still has original box, remote and AV cord.
