Antique balsa wood milliner's head hat form. Hand carved. 

There is a fabric on head looks like a muslin. It is dried out. 

Measures about 10 3/4 high 6" wide and almost 9" deep.

There is a hole on bottom for a pole. 

Circa late 1800's or early 1900's.

For its age condition is quite good.
