Here is a pretty Vintage Barbie which is a Free Moving PJ head (with Steffie face style) on a Malibu body. She comes wearing a cute clone (or handmade) mod pattern knit dress with fringes.  She is in used vintage condition with age and play wear, marks, scrapes and gouges on body/legs. Dress is open in back, has some loose fringes.

She has painted facial features in Steffie Face style with brown eyes. Blonde hair has some thin plugs and could use some taming.  She does not have earring holes.

She is not on her original Free Moving body and instead is on a Malibu body made in Korea - it has marks and slices, gouges including on her bottom and back of legs, there is also a green (looks like paint) mark on back of leg as photos show. Legs still hold two positions. She comes wearing cute mod dress I think clone line (possibly handmade) - it has finger on sleeves and bottom some are loose, back of dress has clasp at neck but nothing at waist so gapes open as photo shows.

Not perfect but a cute 70's Steffie face doll if you don't mind her issues.  Another doll from my personal collection that bounced back and forth (a few times!) from keep or sell, but here she is for now.
