At it's core, it's a really fantastic playing and sounding classical guitar that was made in Japan in the 1970's during the golden age of Japanese craftsmanship. Japan in the 60's-80's was out to make the name for itself that it has now as a leader in the world of guitar making. They put out some fantastic guitars during that time, a lot of which were classical guitars that rival the best from anywhere else in the world.

Beautiful woods and great materials all the way around on this one. Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, mahogany neck, bone nut and saddle, rosewood bridge, beautiful rosette and a really attractive interior label. The guitar plays perfectly with low and comfortable action, and has beautiful and balanced tone throughout the spectrum. Great bass response and a nice shimmer in the highs and mids.
