Originally published in 1936, this 2003 edition is accompanied by photographs by B. A. King and was published in a limited edition of 1000 copies. Robert Frost (1874 - 1963), perhaps America's 20th century pre-eminent poet, first saw success in England. Frost was known for his realistic depictions of rural life and his accurate usage of American colloquial speech.

Robert Frost is the only poet to have received four Pulitzer Prizes for Poetry, and was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal in 1960 for his poetic works, and was a poet laureate of Vermont.

Bruce Anthony King (aka Tony King) (1934-2017) was an acclaimed photographer, born in Canada but was a duel citizen of the United States and Canada. King received a Bachelor's degree in French Literature and International Relations from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, and later studied at the Sorbonne in Paris.
