Removed from 2013 RX450h. All buttons and functions were verified to work before removal.
Some paint or other semi-translucent coating was inexpertly applied to the leftmost button. It has no effect on the button operation. I made no attempt to remove it.
Will fit other Lexus vehicles but you will need to confirm parts eligibility.
