This is a vintage BOOKLET/BROCHURE which was given out at the 1934 CHICAGO - A CENTURY OF PROGRESS EXPOSITION - WORLD'S FAIR by the CHICAGO SURFACE LINES - "...the largest street car system in the world under one management." The street cars appear to be electric with rubber wheels. The Booklet is 4 1/2" wide and 9" high when folded - it unfolds once (see photos) and then contains 10 unnumbered pages stapled on one edge. My 1st photo shows the front cover (right) and back cover (left) - which is awesome in its beauty. The inside pages contain all the places to see in Chicago - "WHAT TO SEE IN CHICAGO" - from airports to zoo's - including Aquariums, Baseball Parks - Cubs & White Sox, Golf Courses, Museums, Stadiums and Coliseum, Universities. The inside also has a 2 page map (shown) of the Chicago Surface Lines, a map of the Exposition Grounds, 17 pictures (not shown), and much more. This item is in near MINT condition - See my photos for the exact condition. See my other auctions for more Railroad items and World Fair items. Please contact me with any questions. Good Bidding and Good Luck.
