Purchased new when the Two+ was released and was then replaced by warranty in September 2023. So this actual collar is only a few months old. It works 100%. You will need to order a new collar strap (they have multiple sizes and colors) $29.99 for that. Also we lost the prongs for electric shock. $9.99 for kit. Our dog responded to the vibrate instead anyway. Incredibly accurate. Our dog is so well trained now that he does not require the use of this anymore. We kept the collar though because it’s extremely durable! Thanks!

THERE IS NO COLLAR STRAP. You can order a new one in any size any color. I had this on a Medium collar strap.
