This neat little brown glass Prescription Medicine Bottle is dated 9-3-64 and came from a Chicago Il. Neighborhood Pharmacy - (the Pilsen Neighborhood actually -- a melting pot in the 1960's).

It has a wonderful paper label that has been very securely glued in place for the last 60 years. Top and center, is the name Brvenik Pharmacy and the instructions to take one capsule every six hours.

The drug it once contained is anyone's guess. In fact, do you have a guess --- I'd like to hear it.

Thanks and enjoy, Ken.
