I just picked up a large collection of books, which includes a large assortment of Doctor Who Past Doctor Adventures books.
I don't have time to take photos of all of the books, but most of them are in great used or even like-new condition. I have attached a photo of a representative sample. I will also list obvious issues below on individual books. Some of these have seller labels on them.

These are a little pricier than the novelisations for the original series, but generally cheaper than the New Adventures books, although some near the end of the series get a little pricey. Unfortunately I do not have all (or most) of the books like I did with the older series, as the person I got this collection from apparently stopped buying the books around 2001.
I have listed these at around what others are listing them for, but I'm also giving a significantly bigger discount on quantities of 2 or more than I did on the original series books, so hopefully I'll have the best deals overall! NOTE - if you pick up one of the more-expensive books, you might want to grab a couple of the cheaper ones, since with the multli-book discount, you may effectively be getting the cheaper ones for free!
I have listed the auction's condition as "acceptable", but most of them look like they have not been read. Feel free to ask for pictures of any of the books! Note that a lot of these after the first 1/3 of the run have a "bumpy" cover near the spine on either the front or the back, as if Virgin Books was having problems in their assembly process. They generally aren't creased, but definitely bumpy to the touch.

The Devil Goblins from Neptune - Crease on front cover upper right corner, ding on lower left corner, bottom of book scuffed.
Illegal Alien - Ding in upper right corner.
The Witch Hunters - Front cover crease in upper right corner, large crease in lower right corner, spine creases.
The Hollow Men - Bend on lower left corner of back.
Matrix - Back cover has a dent near the spine in the middle.
The Infinity Doctors - Pages around 137 are bent on the upper right corner.
Salvation - Back cover has two dents near the binding about 2/3 of the way down.
The Wages of Sin - Back cover is "bumpy" along the spine.
Deep Blue - Both covers are "bumpy" along the spine.
Players - Front cover has a ding along the bottom; back cover has a ding on the upper right.
Millennium Shock - More spine binding problems; bottom right of back looks like it has been banged.
Storm Harvest - Spine binding issues.
The Final Sanction - Crease on front near top of spine
City at World's End - Small bend on upper right corner of front cover
Divided Loyalties - Back cover slightly scuffed and discoloured
Corpse Marker - Minor tears along spine at top and bottom of front cover; back cover slightly scuffed
Tomb of Valdemar - Ding along top front cover in the middle; upper right corner bent along with some pages
Verdigris - Spine binding problems on back
Heart of TARDIS - Spine binding problems
Prime Time - Minor tears along spine at top and bottom of front cover; back cover slightly scuffed
Imperial Moon - Crease on front cover on upper right; bigger crease on back cover on upper left
Independence Day - Bumpy cover on back from binding problems
The King of Terror - Bumpy cover on front and back from binding; back dented on lower right
The Quantum Archangel - Bumpy back cover
Bunker Soldiers - Bottom left of front dented; crease/scuff on back upper left
Rags - Bumpy back cover
The Unfolding Text - Definitely used and read; in decent condition - some writing and the cover has creases.
The Unfolding Text Beat-Up Copy - Cover and book bent/warped, lots of writing in cover and splotch from water damage.

NOTE: If you purchase books from multiple auctions, please wait for me to send a "combined" invoice so you don't pay the $5 base on each auction and can take advantage of the maximum, if you really want to add to your collection! I've also added a discount for 4 or more books; I don't know how eBay combines these over multiple auctions, but we can figure something out if we need to, so you get the discount on all books over multiple auctions.
