These are new with tags but they are from an outlet store, so they have been tried on and show some minor wear, but are still new. The back of the heel area has some scuffs / nicks and the back of the shoe itself has a small area where the shoe has a small cut, likely from when it was tried on in store. Thus, I am selling it as new with defects. 

The heel is 4" tall. Made out of faux leather and the color is a light natural beige / nude color.
