Yes, they can, easy to remove with a heat gun, warm the decal and peel away slowly.
Q: Can I use them twice?
Unfortunately not, once applied that is it.

Our vinyl material will last approximately 3 years or more if on the outside of the vehicle and will last even longer inside the vehicle.
