Lovely Victorian photograph album in excellent condition. Green cover with attractive shamrock design, gilt on pages still looking good. Four studs on the back; clasp working perfectly.
Inscription on inside page - I'm struggling to make out the handwriting but it's a dedication from father to daughter; place - Carluke (Lanarkshire, Scotland); date 26th January 1882.
Colour illustrations on pages are still vivid.
54 (mainly) family photographs. Most of these are from Scotland but at least one is from Jersey City, NJ.
