This EFE 1:76 Scale AEC Mammoth Major 4 Axle Tipper Lorry is a great addition to any die-cast collection. The vehicle features a full coal load and comes with 6 alternate backs, making it a versatile piece for display or play. The damaged front of the cab adds a unique touch to the red and blue colour scheme, and the customisation allows for a standout piece in any collection. The apparent damage seems to be a small piece of the chassis cut off allowing the cab to tilt. It almost looks like it’s on purpose. It does say Ergomatic under neath in the chassis end. There are a couple of scratches in the blue paintwork, a shown in picture.

One of the spare backs has been repainted. The other 5 are in good condition. I have no idea what happened to the rest of the trucks! They all came together in a bundle that I bought a few years ago.

They have all been standing on my layout for the last few years, as part of a skip and coal yard feature.

The vehicle is made of both die-cast metal and plastic, and the Railway scale of 1:76 or OO gauge makes it a perfect fit for any model train layout or display shelf or truckbed. The brand is EFE and the vehicle year is 'L' Reg. 1973, adding to its vintage appeal. This item is perfect for collectors or enthusiasts of vintage vehicles.
