Here are some Vintage Barbie clone faux fur pieces - coat, hat and muff. They look familiar and though the fur shade is not the same on all I think they may be from same manufacturer, maybe Maddie Mod? they are not tagged.

Items are in used, played with condition with age and play wear, loose threads and coat's collar pops up a bit. 

Here are a few more details:

Coat - faux leopard fur coat with two black buttons in front and two clasps. Collar pops up on one side, some loose threads.

Hat - matching pattern hat, little flat from storage

Muff - matching fur muff - it is open on both ends

Vest - faux fur pattern with white background - there are no buttons or clasps, minor loose threads

Earmuffs - faux fur on plastic headband
