• Payment is due immediately at purchase.

• Information Technology Exchange utilizes the reliable and secure services of PayPal to process all Ebay payments.

• Items are not shipped until paid in full.

• Our laptop-tablet battery policy:
  Battery run times are not guaranteed as batteries that are included with our laptops-tablets are previously used that came with the laptop-tablet. Actual battery conditions will vary between units. We just see if they take a charge.

Shipping Information

• If you ship the item to another country your warranty is null and void.

• All Shipping is done by 1pm Eastern Time Zone

• We only ship to the address listed by eBay/PayPal.  Please verify that your address is correct before ordering.

• Tracking information is automatically uploaded to eBay within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Warranties

• We offer a 30 day warranty for functional or new items.

• Items sold for parts or repair only are AS IS without warranty or refund.

Return Policy

• We want to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase. If you are experiencing a problem with your product, please contact us so that we can help.

• We do accept US returns for warranty items within 30-days of receiving the product and with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

• The product should be in the condition in which it was purchased. Serial Numbers and IMEI are recorded for EVERY item sent out and will be compared upon receipt of return.  Items should be packaged appropriately, preventing any damage during shipping.  Items will be processed, inspected, and tested to insure functionality prior to issuing refund.

• There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items.
