This is a cool 1999 $1 Dollar Federal Reserve Star note PCGS Gem 65PPQ Fr.1925-L* FW in a Sample holder. Pretty unusual to find all of this going on and it is a great note in hand offered at NO RESERVE! Please ask any questions you might have as it is a bit out of my area.
