This UK Free Post 'Buy it Now' is for a DCC Ready (21-pin), Heljan O gauge 25921 Type A, (later BR class 05) diesel shunter in BR Green, (unnumbered) Late Crest with wasp stripes.
The plinth pictured, together with securing bolts is included, but the tree is not included. There are two securing bolts to secure the loco to the plinth.
We have test run this loco and can confirm that it really does run well. The collector that we bought this loco and many others from had a habit of putting a light, clear protective coating on the wheels to preserve their newness. We have removed this coating with electrical cleaning fluid because the coating would prevent the loco running. This is an amazingly detailed loco, built to a very high specification. Features include a diecast chassis, a 5-pole motor with a flywheel for ultra smooth running, lighting, including a cab light (switchable), and all wheel pick-ups. The cab interior is authentically detailed - there are two pictures which hopefully will give you a glimpse of just how impressive the cab interior is.
This loco has an injection moulded body and diecast chassis, so it is not only well detailed, but also very heavy, so it will have excellent tractive force, enabling it to pull or even shunt a long train of rolling stock. This really is a very impressive loco.
