LEGO 8964 Titanium Command Rig was a 706 piece Power Miners set with 5 minifigs released in 2009. It consists of a Titanium Command Rig with a spinning drill, dual-geared functions, Power Miners minifigures, a giant red rock-throwing monster with a lever-action throwing arm. Retired in December 2010. 

It was retired in November 2010. It is in very good condition. Includes manual. Missing box.
