Amazing true 50's handmade circle skirt.  Black acetate taffeta with silver polka dots.  There has been a repair on the back of the waist band, it is a good repair and could be covered with an inside patch if desired.  There is a also a small slice near the back hem.  It has not frayed and could also be repaired with an inside patch.  The button has been extended and moved to increase waist size.  Price does reflect condition.   True circle skirt with huge sweep!
