Troubleshooting modern TVs is a complicated process even for Experienced professional tv technician . Multiple boards and Back Light ( very common problem) can show similar symptoms of failure.

Here is Symptoms faulty Power Board:  s/by light in a front of the  t/v doesn't  light. No s/by 8v or 12v on connector SN9003. No 13v on contacts 11,13,15,17 on SN9003,  and the TV doesn't  turn ON absolutely. 
If the LCD screen light ON for a second then shuts down its also mean Back light FAILURE.
