Amazing near new condition. This is an expertly hand tooled vintage  leather belt by J. L. White Tucson Arizona.

It features ornate made in Mexico heavy sterling silver buckle, tip and loops.  Stamped hecho en Mexico 00925 with a crown.

Is sized for a small woman or youth with existing holes ranging from approx 27 to 30" from the buckle tang.

Information about the maker as I found:

J.L. White worked for A.B. Egland in Douglas, Arizona. After Egland's death (around 1941-1942) he got the business. White also worked for Newton Porter and had a shop in Porter's store in Tucson, Arizona in the 1950's, 60's and 70's. White died in 1991".
