Atlas HO ACF PressureAide Covered Hopper:

1504-2, Corn Products Company 51134.  This is from the very first run of these cars in December 2000.  The car is complete and intact, someone has replaced whatever couplers it came with with a set of Kadee metal knuckles.  It has light weathering, some appears to be drybrushed paint.  Up to you if it's to your taste, sorry the pictures aren't great but it was cloudy and 30'F when I went out to shoot this.    

Price a guess, pro weathered cars tend to command a premium but this doesn't appear to be a high demand car.
