Beautifully decorated with realistically made two parrots
sitting on tree stumps, and decorated with flowers.
A round handle useful as a napkin holder.
Detachable cork stoppers for refilling spices.  
Each bird with different hole sizes - for salt and pepper.

"W.B. Mfg. Co" into a shield for Weidlich Brothers Mfg. Co.;
numerals "128" for pattern or manufacturers code.

Made in Bridgeport, CT., sometime in 1920's.
