As glue please use gel type super glue or Revell Contacta Poly Cement or Humbrol Poly Cement - all of those glue will simplify assembly process and give time to line up all parts.
For decals please use water and ideally HUMBROL Decal Fix formula.

Model come ready and pre-assembled with decals applied on model. Ready out of box.
