Includes Camera, Power/charge cord, Battery, AA Battery Adapter (use AA batteries), 1 opened/used TDK  tape, 1 NEW TDK 120 tape, Samsonite soft carry bag. Original manual (crinkled, but its all there), and original warranty card.

Camera works when plugged in. I did not leave it plugged in long enough to charge the battery, so do not know the condition of the battery. New batteries are inexpensive, or use 6 AA batteries with the included adapter.
