Vintage 1960s Shirtwaist Dress. Baby blue rose flower print summer dress. Very sheer light cotton or cotton like fabric. A slip would probably be needed. No set in waist. Shift style with slight flare. Can be worn with or without the included belt. Perfect for a picnic or a day of shopping with friends.
