Devotional bronze from Karnataka. It is Vishnu with his consorts Lakshmi/Sri Devi and Bhu devi. This is made using Ganga Jamuna technique (bronze Vigraha overlaid with bronze) and that is not practiced anymore.
The total height is 11 inches. The central Vishnu figure is about 5.5 inches in height.
It is a composed set, as in the base/Prabhavali do not belong to the three idols. However the three idols are matched and part of the same set.. They are inlaid with red stones and some stones are missing.
The base plate for the three idols is a later addition, designed for the idols to fit the base/prabhavali.
These are idols that were made for worship and were in worship.
